50 hrs
saved per event
The problem
Each conference meant weeks of emails with hotels and a rooming list nobody trusted.
What changed
Pinecrest requests room blocks in FLARE, compares quotes side by side and shares one live rooming list with every hotel.
The result
About fifty hours saved per event, and no more unused rooms charged after the fact.
